Call Center Representative
We are hiring a Call Center Representative for our busy call center in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires previous call center experience and the ability to speak Malayalee fluently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our products and services, as well as resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer accounts accordingly
- Follow up on customer inquiries, provide feedback, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Meet performance goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalee (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette
- Ability to handle high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Must be willing to work full-time with flexible shifts including weekends
