Cleaner Supervisor
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco


As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations at our luxurious hotel in Fonvieille. You will work closely with a team of cleaners to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards
- Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning services or repairs
- Collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance or safety concerns
- Monitor performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeping supervisor in a hotel setting preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods. You may also be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the hotel.

Salary:
We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation provided.
