Architectural Technologist


Our fast-paced architectural firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ashdod. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed drawings and specifications for building projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project planning
- Assist in developing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss project scope and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in architectural technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ashdod. Applicants from India or Pakistan are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Experience Level:
This position is suitable for both experienced professionals and recent graduates looking to gain experience in the field.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Education Level:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in architectural technology or related field.
