Architecture Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your main duties will include developing project plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Oversee the design process and provide guidance to architects and designers
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, changes, and any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Salary: 1300$ per month.
