Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Multan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$, and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
