We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Acre. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies. The Office Manager will also handle HR duties such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records. This position requires fluency in English and knowledge of biometric passport processes. Preference will be given to Malayalees or foreign nationals with a valid work permit. Salary is 1300$ per month.

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating schedules and appointments for the team.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked.
- Handling HR duties such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and organizing training sessions.
- Assisting with budget management and expense tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing travel arrangements for employees when necessary.
- Overseeing office maintenance and repairs.

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of biometric passport processes is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with budget management is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits.
