Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This position is open to all nationalities and includes a salary of 1000$ along with a free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, etc.
- Perform other administrative duties such as data entry, organizing company events, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
