Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Karachi. This includes budget management, project planning, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Managing all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Developing project proposals and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Overseeing budget management and resource allocation for projects
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in Karachi
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative design solutions
- Lebanese or Pakistani nationality preferred
