Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
-Create detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects
-Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and specifications
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design solutions
-Perform site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
-Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
-Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
-Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
-Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
-In-depth knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
-Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Time management skills to meet project deadlines
-Willingness to perform site visits as needed
