Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Utena. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and records, and coordinating meetings and appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Free visa and ticket will be provided for non-local candidates. This job is suitable for both men and women of any nationality. No English proficiency is required, but basic knowledge is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided.
