Industrial Engineer


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our growing team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes. The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify ways to improve manufacturing processes
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency
- Develop and implement new processes, procedures, and systems to improve overall productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Train production staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Lean principles
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Lusail, Qatar.
