We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Pakistani national, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of staff, including hiring and training new employees, creating work schedules, and handling any customer complaints or issues. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our restaurant. This is a temporary position that does not require English proficiency or previous experience in the restaurant industry. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may be provided.

As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Creating and implementing work schedules for staff members
- Training new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handling any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and address any concerns
- Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Maintaining budgetary guidelines for expenses such as labor costs, food costs, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
- Upholding high standards of quality control for food presentation and taste

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu/Hindi
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
