Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Multan. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month. No prior experience is required, but candidates with previous construction experience will be given preference. Accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure it meets quality standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage construction budgets and costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or delays
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Train and supervise construction workers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred)
- Proven experience in construction or related field (previous supervisory role preferred)
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
