As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Set up and maintain computer systems, including installing updates and performing routine maintenance
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of user requests
- Keep up-to-date with technology advancements and provide recommendations for improving system performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (accommodation provided if needed)
