We are a construction company based in Beer-Sheva, Israel seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and other structures. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to create project plans
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to determine project viability
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Review project proposals from contractors and make recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures
- Conduct periodic inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and use design software such as AutoCAD
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
-Knowledge of sustainable design practices
-Familiarity with biometric passport technology
