Contract Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's contracts, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure that all contract terms and conditions are met
- Monitor project timelines and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Create and maintain accurate records of all contracts
- Communicate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract specifications are met
- Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to contract management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 1600$
Location: Al-Malikiyah (Preference for Syrian nationality)
