Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative activities of the office
- Supervise and train office staff to ensure efficient performance
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team
- Maintain and update employee records, including payroll information
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy level
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1700 per month
This position is open to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates who have prior experience as an Office Manager. Fluency in English is not required for this role. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We also offer training for obtaining a biometric passport for interested candidates.
