Waiter - Entry Level


We are searching for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter in our restaurant located in Lahore. As an Entry Level Waiter, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Handle cash transactions with customers using a POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time
- Must have own visa (if applicable)
- Must have completed 12 years of education
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
