Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Faro. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans for construction projects, collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure the design meets all technical requirements and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical requirements and building codes
- Prepare project specifications, cost estimates and material requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information for projects
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
$1300 per month
