Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Conduct research as directed by the team
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with visa sponsorship. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Our office is located in La-Condamine, but we are open to considering remote candidates from other locations.
