Factory Line Worker

Our factory in Split is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Factory Line Worker to join our team. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control standards are met. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line according to safety protocols
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
