Facade Architect
Location: Herzliya, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design and project management, as well as a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. As a Facade Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building exteriors, including walls, windows, and facades. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet design specifications and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing building facades that are functional, visually appealing, and cost-effective
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicating with engineers and contractors to ensure structural integrity of facades
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Providing technical support and guidance to project team members
- Staying updated on industry trends, materials, technologies, and building codes related to facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in facade design or related field
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural engineering principles
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
