Waiter/Waitress

We are in search of a customer-oriented and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Copenhagen. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring accuracy and promptness
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and resolve any issues
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairing
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have the legal right to work in Denmark
