Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager in our company based in Herning, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and development projects. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of architects and designers, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure design plans are being implemented accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to incorporate into design projects
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
