We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move earth, dig trenches, and perform other excavation tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavators to perform excavation and earthmoving tasks on construction sites
- Safely and efficiently maneuver the excavator to dig trenches, load and unload materials, and move earth as needed
- Conduct daily pre-start checks on the excavator and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow project plans and blueprints to determine the exact location and depth of excavation
- Work closely with other team members on the construction site to ensure a smooth workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the excavator
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid excavator operator license or certification preferred
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Willingness to work full time with occasional overtime as needed
