Carpenter Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Ashdod. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all carpentry projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all carpentry projects, ensuring quality work and timely completion
- Train and mentor junior carpenters, providing guidance and support as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to specifications
- Inspect work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience in supervising or leading a team preferred
