Architecture Manager
We are in search of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as coordinating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Additionally, the role may involve mentoring and supervising junior architects and collaborating with external partners such as contractors and clients. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is also essential. Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a collaborative and hands-on approach
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects, from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Mentor and supervise junior architects, providing guidance and support when needed
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they meet all relevant codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve processes
