Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is required. This position may be suitable for men, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide general support to visitors and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark.
