Junior Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Esbjerg! As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from initiation to completion. This includes creating project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met within the given time frame and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays
- Provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
- Manage any changes or adjustments to the project scope, timeline, or budget
- Prepare reports on project performance and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, engineering)
- Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to the project's industry (e.g. construction, IT)
- Biometric passport required for international travel if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. As a junior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and grow your skills as a Project Manager.
