We are a property management company seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance and repair. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and an hourly rate of 1400$. We are open to hiring both experienced professionals and individuals looking to gain experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment
- Responding to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in common areas
- Assisting with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants

Requirements:
- Prior experience in building maintenance or related field preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform other physically demanding tasks
