As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to perform tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials. This position does not require prior experience but requires a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job requirements and safety guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or defects
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine project specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
