Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our dynamic team in Roskilde. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for international candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks according to established recipes
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to high quality standards and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers based on their preferences or dietary restrictions
- Uphold food safety standards and follow proper hygiene procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art skills are preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
