Part-Time Construction Manager



We are searching for a skilled part-time Construction Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Oversee all phases of construction, from planning to completion
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and make cost-effective decisions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Roskilde (accommodation provided if necessary)
