Mason Supervisor

Our construction company in Roskilde, Denmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of masons on construction sites
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
- Ensure all work is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project progress
- Adhere to all safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry work
- Proven track record of successfully supervising a team of masons
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others effectively

Salary: 1300$ per month without accommodation.
