Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating schedules and meetings, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is able to multitask effectively, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for various departments.
- Prepare and distribute materials for meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
