Roofer Supervisor

Are you an experienced roofer looking for a leadership role? Do you have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail? Our company in Randers is seeking a Roofer Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate roofing projects
- Train and mentor junior roofers
- Inspect work sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Order materials and maintain inventory
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or questions
- Complete paperwork, including time sheets and project reports

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a roofer
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift heavy materials

Salary: $1200 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
