We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Randers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve overall performance
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or make improvements to existing ones
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of increasing profitability and driving business success
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be authorized to work in Randers without visa sponsorship
