Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Odense is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff on policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies to increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement employee schedules
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
