Entry-Level Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store managers to plan and execute product displays that align with company standards and promotional initiatives
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs or issues to store management
- Build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure effective communication and mutual understanding of product placement strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to gather market insights and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in product displays
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; post-secondary education in marketing or retail management is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
