Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist for our company in Kolding, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for our customers, ensuring their systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or remote desktop
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Train end-users on basic system operations and troubleshooting procedures
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for solving problems
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month.
Location:
This position will be based in Kolding, but occasional travel may be required to provide on-site support for customers.
