Architectural Designer


As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative architectural designs for commercial and residential projects in Kolding. You will work closely with clients and the design team to understand project requirements, create conceptual designs, and produce detailed construction drawings. Your role will require a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for creative problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and the design team to develop creative and functional architectural designs
- Understand project requirements and translate them into conceptual designs
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design compliance during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes to inform design decisions
- Work within project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Benefits:
