Guest Services Coordinator



As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests at our hotel in Kolding. You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable. This is a full-time position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled
- Assist with concierge services such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and event planning
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas
- Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to improve guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and report any maintenance or security issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry required
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month
