Waiter/Waitress


As a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Faro, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items or specials
- Take accurate orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns efficiently
- Process payments and make accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events
