Administrative Assistant

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. This position is open to Filipino nationals with English fluency and no prior experience is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including but not limited to managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, and handling correspondence. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Biometric passport

Salary: 1800$
