Administrative Assistant
We are a rapidly growing company based in Doha and we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As our company expands, we need someone who can support our day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle any other correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of employee time-off requests and update the HR department accordingly
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous administrative experience is not required but considered a plus
- Must have a valid work visa for Qatar or be eligible for visa sponsorship
