Glazier Supervisor

As a leading glass installation company in Khanpur, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glazing and previous supervisory experience. The salary for this full-time position is 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee a team of glaziers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of projects
-Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide cost estimates
-Source and order materials needed for each project
-Supervise the installation of glass windows, doors, and other structures
-Conduct on-site inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed
-Provide training and mentorship to junior glaziers
-Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years experience as a Glazier, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
-Strong knowledge of different types of glass and their uses
-Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to glass installation
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools accurately
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
