Job Title: Online Consultant (Egyptian Candidates)
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer support to our clients in Herzliya. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information and assistance, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
Salary: 1600$ per month.
Location: Herzliya.
Working Hours: Full-time.

Other Requirements: Biometric passport required for visa purposes.
