Metal Worker

We are in need of a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Sheduva. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures using various welding techniques. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal structures using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Repair damaged metal structures by cutting, shaping, and welding pieces together
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces before cutting or shaping them
- Operate hand and power tools safely to cut, bend, and shape metal pieces
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of completed work
- Clean and maintain welding equipment regularly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with precision
- Basic math skills for measuring and marking dimensions on metal pieces
- Physical stamina for working with heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of proper handling of tools and equipment

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (accommodation not provided)

Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates from Nepal.

This is a full-time position. However, we also welcome part-time applicants who can commit to at least 20 hours per week. Fluent English is required for effective communication within our team.
