Concrete Worker



We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Utena. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces to create structures such as floors, walls, and foundations. You will also be required to maintain and repair existing concrete structures.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark out designated areas for concrete work
- Prepare surfaces for pouring by cleaning and leveling them
- Mix concrete according to specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas using appropriate equipment
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Monitor drying process and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper curing
- Repair cracks or damages in existing concrete structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of mixing ratios and techniques for different types of concrete
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-EU citizens
- Fluent in English (other languages such as Russian or Lithuanian are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Lithuania
