Restaurant Manager
We are a well-established restaurant in Sofia, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food is served promptly
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep the team informed and motivated
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
- Must be fluent in English
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
Location:
This position is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
